Extended visit fields

Review visit variables and employee profile fields alongside visit records. Visit reports require visit-report access and show only employees in your scope.

Filter and run

1. Open Reports → Visits and choose the named View. Set the Date range, Office, Team and Executive.
2. Expand More filters to choose Custom form; Verification as All visits, Verified or Unverified; Exact company name; or Search visits by employee, company, contact, remarks or reference. Complete any required selection for this view, then select Apply filters.
3. Review charts and sortable, pageable records. Open a Visit ID to see details, photos, signatures, forms and orders where available. With report download permission, use Copy CSV, Export CSV or Export Excel for the same selection. Refresh report data to reload.

Read this view

The Visit entries table includes Visit ID, Employee and email, Team, Office, Visit date, Company, Contact, Phone, Email, Address, Remarks, Visit type, Product / service, Meeting status and start/end/minutes, Follow-up, Distance (km), Travel minutes, Verification, Visit reference, Latitude and Longitude. Photo and signature counts link to available evidence. The selected result holds up to 2,000 visits; narrow an overlarge selection. Recorded distance is not a substitute for evidence that travel occurred.

Extended fields adds configured custom visit variables and active employee profile fields configured to appear in reports. Scroll horizontally to review the additional columns. Profile fields reflect the available employee profile values.

Example and troubleshooting

For a fictional Acme Traders visit, select the date and team, then open the matching Visit ID. If nothing matches, verify the date, employee scope, exact company spelling, form and verification filters. A plan reference from Beat Plan also narrows results; choose Clear plan filter to remove it.

Report size and evidence

Narrow the period or scope if more than 2,000 visits match; this limit also applies to direct export. Direct report exports contain data rather than photo and signature files. Open a Visit ID to inspect available evidence and full visit details.
