Columns: Employee ID, Employee, Email, Team, Office, Attendance date, Check-in, Check-in selfie status and selfie, Check-in address, Check-out, Check-out selfie status and selfie, Check-out address, Worked hours, check-in and check-out latitude and longitude, check-in and check-out offsets in minutes, Shift start and end, Check-out distance in metres and travel time in seconds.
Use offsets to identify times before or after the scheduled shift. A missing selfie may be unavailable rather than evidence that the employee did not attend. Worked hours need both punches.
Export and troubleshoot
Copy CSV, Export CSV and Export Excel require report-download permission; Print full report opens the printable report. These actions reflect the selected view and permitted scope. For example, select fictional employee Mira Rao and one workweek, then investigate an unexpected result in the original attendance record. If the result is unexpected, check the period, employee, office, team, report timezone and permissions, then compare the underlying records. Use Attendance Regularization for an authorized correction.
