Distance travelled
Review qualifying recorded GPS distance by employee and date.
Open Reports → Distance travelled. The results include only employees within your permitted scope.
- Set the Date range, Office, Team and Executive. Expand More filters to search by employee name or email.
- Select Apply filters. Check the displayed unit for each employee before comparing distances. Missing distance may mean the app did not record qualifying locations; confirm the recording before drawing conclusions.
- Sort or page the records. Where available, use Copy CSV, Export CSV, Export Excel or Print view.
For example, select a fictional North team for one week and compare the records with the employee’s related visits. If no results appear, check the period, search and scope, and confirm the app recorded the relevant evidence.
Columns and report limits
Each row lists Employee ID, Employee, Email, Team, Office, From, Through, Distance, Unit, Distance (km) and Qualifying GPS readings. The Distance value follows the employee unit while the km column remains kilometres. Narrow the filters if the report exceeds 2,000 entries. Use the refresh control to reload.
How distance is calculated
The report includes active employees in scope. Qualifying GPS readings have accuracy below 200 metres, recorded distance of at least 5 metres and speed of at least 2. The total adds qualifying recorded segments across the selected period; it is not a road-route measurement. A zero reading count or blank distance can indicate that no qualifying location was recorded. The visit-report permission is required.
