Expense entries
Review individual expense records and receipts.
Expense reporting requires expense-report permission and the expense-manager feature; downloads require download permission.
Choose the selection
- Open Reports → Expenses and choose the named View. Set Date range, Office, Team and Executive.
- Expand More filters. Set Date basis to Expense date or Submission date, choose an Expense type, and optionally search by employee, payee, type or remarks. Select Apply filters.
- Sort or page matching rows. If authorized, use Copy CSV, Export CSV or Export Excel. Refresh report data to reload the selection.
Read the results
Each row represents an expense and includes its ID, employee, email, team, office, expense type, submission and expense dates, paid to, recorded amount, current office currency, paid through and remarks. Open available receipts to inspect images. Currency labels come from the employee’s current office; historical expense currencies are not stored. Missing amounts are counted separately and excluded from amount totals.
Example and troubleshooting
To review fictional June submissions, choose Submission date and a June range; earlier expense dates can still appear. If a record is missing, check the date basis, period, employee, type and scope. Recorded amounts do not themselves establish approval.
Receipts and report size
Use View receipts on an entry to inspect its available receipt images. If the expense reference is ambiguous, receipts cannot safely be matched. Search entries also matches an employee email. Both the results and direct exports are limited to 2,000 entries; narrow the date or employee filters when necessary. The table displays 50 rows per page. Amount charts group by current office currency and count missing amounts separately.
