Supplier directory

Open Travel CRM → Suppliers. Travel access is required; supplier permission enables changes. Filter by search text and type. Select New Supplier, enter required Supplier Name, choose Type, and optionally enter Email, Phone, Website, City, Country and Notes. Save reloads the directory; verify the row. Edit and Delete are available to authorized users.

Supplier reconciliation

Open Supplier Reconciliation from the Travel dashboard. Advanced storage is required. Reconciliation permission exposes edit controls; operations permission is also required. Filter by payment Status and Itinerary. Select Add Reconciliation and choose the required itinerary. Supplier, Itinerary Item ID, Invoice No., Due Date, Payable Amount, Paid Amount, Commission Amount, Paid At and Notes capture the transaction; choose Payment Status (Pending, Partial, Paid or Disputed) and Commission Status (Pending, Expected, Invoiced, Received or Waived). Save reloads the list. Check the row and use Edit or Delete as needed. This records reconciliation information; it does not itself make a payment.

Dashboard, calendar and reports

The Travel dashboard shows itinerary totals, drafts, approvals and upcoming trips; when advanced storage is ready it also shows manifest travelers, readiness risks, open service cases, pending supplier payments and commissions, and post-trip follow-ups due. Recent Itineraries and shortcuts lead to source workspaces. Departure Calendar lets you choose the days window and Apply to review departures. Travel Reports shows pipeline by status, agent activity, upcoming departures, product performance, aggregator usage for the last 30 days, flight monitoring for the next 30 days and AI usage for the last 30 days, alongside advanced summary counts. Use underlying records to investigate a count.

If a save fails, check the required itinerary or supplier name, access and the message shown. Ask an administrator to resolve storage readiness warnings.
