Lead queue and logs

Monitor inbound assignment and configure how the queue selects users.

Review queue health

Open Account Settings → Features Settings → Lead Queue. Summary cards show queued, processing, waiting, assigned, failed, discarded and duplicate counts, due items and recent assignment statistics. Source Health breaks down totals, waiting, failures and assignment latency by source.

Assignment controls

  1. Under Assignment Controls, decide whether to use lead capture cooldown and set its minimum gap in minutes. The page says eligible users are skipped during that window.
  2. Optionally bind assignment to attendance so only clocked-in users receive queue leads. The active shift-window option applies only when attendance binding is enabled.
  3. Review the impact on lead distribution and select Save.

Investigate a lead

  1. Choose Status, Source and Service filters, enter a lead identifier or source reference, set the display limit and select Apply.
  2. Inspect the queue row’s status, attempts, next attempt and error. Select View Detailed Logs for date, status, queue ID and payload filters.

Release Stale Processing, Process Due Now and Archive/Purge Terminal Rows are operational controls. Investigate the condition and understand the impact before using them.
