Lead scoring
Configure versioned scoring profiles and optional enrichment for incoming leads.
Prepare and publish a profile
- Open Account Settings → Features Settings → Lead Scoring. Review the Lead Scoring Status and the on-page setup guide.
- Receive a controlled test lead through a supported source and review discovered incoming fields. Approve fields before mapping them into a draft profile.
- Optionally create reusable dimensions for fields with the same business meaning, such as budget from different sources. Dimensions do not add points by themselves.
- Select New Profile. Enter a name, unique stable uppercase key, description and base score. The first profile can be the default fallback. The optional starter rules are editable and do not publish the profile or enable AI scoring.
- In the draft, map approved fields and configure rules, bands and any applicable bindings. Run the synthetic preview and validation, then publish when reviewed. The page says publishing creates an immutable version; later changes require a new draft.
- Enable lead scoring with Save Lead Scoring Status when the configuration is ready. Use Run and Job Logs and the Deterministic Report to monitor results.
Display, routing and optional AI
CRM Score Display selects the score shown to sales users without changing calculations. Score-based advanced routing requires advanced inbound routing to be enabled. Optional LLM enrichment requires a published deterministic profile with an eligible LLM mode and sufficient AI credits. Daily request and credit limits, queue depth and concurrency can be configured. Turning scoring off stops processing and display but does not delete existing profiles, scores or logs.
