New Digest: exception queues and report panels

Use exception counts to find work requiring a specific kind of attention.

Open a report

  1. Open Daily Digest → Today and locate Exception queue.
  2. Choose the named queue or its count. If rows are hidden, use Show all reports. Availability depends on the role, feature and selected user.
  3. Review the opened report panel, its filters and source records. Opening the panel is different from using an action such as Capture, Resolve or Mark reviewed.
  4. Close the report using Close report to return to Today. After a source change, check the refreshed counts; report and record limits can affect what is shown.
QueueWhat to investigate
Pending ActionsSelected-user intake plus unassigned intake. See the separate intake procedure.
Campaign Replies / Reply RoutingCustomer replies awaiting follow-up, or routing exceptions. Routing is shown only with the relevant access.
Revival QueueRecoverable lost-deal candidates when deal analytics is enabled.
Pending DetailsIncomplete checklist information; the option depends on available active global checklists.
Pending EscalationsEscalations awaiting resolution.
Follow-up Review / Follow-up AlertsFlagged contacts and active alerts. The alert count includes snoozed alerts, so a nonzero count does not mean every alert is immediately actionable.
My Helpdesk / HD Unassigned / HD Overdue / Low CSATOpen tickets, ownership gaps, overdue SLA work or low satisfaction. Helpdesk app access and support-department membership affect visibility.
Pending AssignmentsUnfinished operational assignments.
Subscriptions ExpiringSubscriptions due to expire within the next 30 days.

Pending Actions notification sound

The bell beside Pending Actions enables or disables its notification sound. The choice is stored for the signed-in user in that browser. If the browser blocks audio, the interface reports that sound could not be enabled; allow sound for this site if you want it, then try again. Sound preference does not capture or review an intake item.

Each report's own actions need its detailed procedure; consult all guide topics.
