Notifications and contact lookup

Review account notifications and find contacts by email or phone.

Notifications

Open Notifications from the notification area when available. The page shows up to 50 unread and 50 old notifications, with Dated, Subject and Remarks. Opening the page marks up to 200 of the current user’s unread notifications as read after the two tables are loaded, including unread items beyond the 50 displayed; on a later visit they may appear under Old Notifications. Card controls collapse, expand or close the displayed panel.

Contact lookup

A contact lookup by email or phone opens the matching contact’s conversation. If no match exists, it displays “Contact Not Found Yet.” Open Contacts or the contact profile through the normal CRM navigation when you need broader search and context.
