Stock audit trail
Use this page
Open a product → View Audit Trail. The item must belong to the company and the user must have manage-products permission. Movement offers All movements, Credit or Debit; From date and To date filter loaded rows, and Reset filters clears them. Search audit trail narrows the table. Back to Product returns to the item.
Columns are Date, Quantity, Price, User, Remarks and Transaction Type. The page requests the latest 100 stock logs; filtering acts on this loaded set, so an older transaction can be absent even with a matching date. Purchase logs display Credit and other log types display Debit. The inventory table supplies search, sorting and pagination; this page does not expose an export button.
After issuing two damaged folders, select Debit and confirm the negative quantity, user and remarks. If absent, refresh and check the item and latest-100 limit.
