Open the page

Open an inventory item → Audit Trail. Administrator permissions may be required.

Review movements

  1. Filter Movement by All movements, Credit or Debit and set From date and To date. Select Reset filters to clear them.
  2. Review Date, Quantity, Price, User, Remarks and Transaction Type to reconcile stock. Example: compare a purchase receipt credit with a later debit.
