Deals report controls
Filter deals and inspect the loaded pipeline.
Select the report
Open CRM → Deals. CRM access is required. Choose Deal status Open, Won, Lost, Deleted or All: changing status submits immediately. Choose expected close dates and, when offered, a permitted owner, then select Apply filters to reload those choices. Default dates are the current calendar month. The date picker offers Today, Next 7 days (today plus six days), This month, Last month, This year, Last 12 months and a custom range. Invalid date ranges show an error. The owner defaults to you; selecting another user requires the appropriate role and management permissions.
Open status displays the board; search, All loaded, Overdue, Next 7 days and sorting affect loaded cards. Sort by offers Newest first, Closing soonest, Highest value and Deal name A–Z. Clear board filters resets the search, due and hide-empty controls; it does not reset sorting or compact cards; Contacts opens the contact list. Hide empty stages, Compact cards, Jump to stage and previous/next arrows help navigate. Preview opens a deal detail panel; the deal name opens the contact. Other statuses display a searchable, sortable paginated table with Contact, Deal name, value, created, expected close, closed on, owner and stage, capped at 500 latest matching deals. Select a contact to manage the deal. Refresh reloads the report. Counts and values reflect loaded records; inspect the Deals guide for the per-stage limit and further steps. For Example Co, apply a current-month Open filter, use the preview to inspect a loaded opportunity, then open its contact to act. Overdue means expected close before today; Next 7 days includes today through six days later. Deals without a valid close date do not match either quick filter. If no results appear, clear board filters and widen the report dates; if no stages appear, ask an administrator to enable open stages for Kanban; if loading fails, use Refresh and check access.
