Facebook Pages List is Empty or Missing Pages

When you are importing your Facebook pages with Facebook Ads Leads integration then sometimes after connecting the account you may get an empty list of pages or missing pages which you want to connect.

These are few steps through which you can diagnose the issue and sort it out yourself.

Options 1

Make sure you’re an admin of the Facebook Page(s) you expect to see.

If you don’t see anything, it means your personal profile is not an admin of any Facebook Pages, nor have you been given appropriate Page permissions in Facebook Business Manager.

Option 2

Make sure you are logged in to a personal Facebook account and not a business account.

  • To verify, log in to Facebook. If you see Create Your Profile in the blue menu at the top of the page, you’re logged in with a business account.

If that’s the case, you need to link your personal Facebook profile to Intueri CRM/ZNICRM and add your profile as an admin of that Facebook Page.

Option 3

Make sure the Intueri CRM <> Facebook integration is set to show all the Pages to which you have admin rights.

  1. Log into Facebook.
  2. Click on your profile pic in the top-right, and select Settings & privacy from the dropdown.
  3. Click on Settings in the Settings & privacy submenu.
  4. Click on Business Integrations in the menu on the left.
  5. Find Intueri CRM or ZNICRM, and click the View and edit link on the right side.
  6. Scroll through the settings until you find the Show a list of the Pages you manage section – make sure all the Pages you want to have show up on your list are checked, then click save.
  7. Go back to Intueri CRM and try to connect with Facebook page again.

Option 4

When all else fails, Deauthorize Intueri CRM: 

  1. Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings
  2. Find Intueri CRM or ZNICRM, click the checkbox to the right, and then click the Remove button to confirm.
  3. Log out of ZNICRM.
  4. Afterward, log in to ZNICRM and goto Settings -> Integration -> Facebook and try to import your pages again. You’ll be prompted to grant permission to Intueri CRM or ZNICRM as if you were a new user.
