Grow, Scale, and Business Suite are available on yearly and monthly billing, with a minimum of 3 users on yearly billing and 10 users on monthly billing.

Each paid CRM plan is priced per user per month. Starter is available on yearly billing only. For Grow, Scale, and Business Suite, the annual amount is calculated by multiplying the selected users by the monthly rate and then by 12, with a minimum of 3 users on yearly billing. On monthly billing, the monthly total is based on the selected users with a minimum of 10 users.

Use Explore for up to 3 users. For paid plans, choose Starter at Rs 249 per user per month on yearly billing only, or choose Grow, Scale, or Business Suite on yearly billing and monthly billing for larger teams starting at 10 users. For custom needs, contact sales.

Yes. You can start free and upgrade later. You can also move to a higher plan as your team grows. Contact sales for plan migration, package upgrades, and user count changes.

Yes. ZNICRM offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee on CRM plan purchases. After the first 30 days, renewals and discontinued usage are non-refundable.

Yes. Any user who needs CRM access should be counted in total users for your selected plan.

Enterprise is designed for 51+ users with requirements such as SLA, SSO, custom hosting, and advanced support. Enterprise starts from US$10,000 per year. For India pricing, Enterprise starts from INR 6,00,000 per year.

As a consumer you can ask for a refund within first 30 days of activation in case of lifetime plans provided you have not availed any free trial before making the payment and there wasn't any GST invoice issued to you. If you have already taken the free trial then this refund policy is not applicable for you.
