What you’ll do
- Own CRM data quality: stages, fields, duplicates, and activity capture.
- Create dashboards and reports for pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
- Define and maintain territories, routing, and lead/account assignment.
- Support sales enablement with playbooks, templates, and process updates.
- Manage tools and automations (where applicable) to reduce manual work.
- Run periodic audits and propose improvements based on insights.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort with data analysis.
- Experience using CRMs and reporting workflows.
- High attention to detail and process discipline.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM administration, automations, or integrations.
- Exposure to compensation plans, quotas, or territory design.
