What you’ll do
- Coach reps on discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and deal inspections; remove blockers.
- Set team targets and track activity, conversion, and outcomes.
- Improve win rates via messaging, call reviews, and playbooks.
- Partner with Marketing on lead follow-up SLAs and feedback loops.
- Ensure CRM hygiene: stages, next steps, notes, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering for technical demos and POCs.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new team members with enablement.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of people leadership or team lead experience in sales.
- 4+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales; SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong coaching ability and comfort running operating cadence.
- Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and reporting discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience managing segmented sales motions (SMB/MM/ENT).
- Experience selling to India SMB or enterprise procurement.
