You will partner with the sales team to win deals by owning technical discovery, demos, POCs, and integration/security conversations with customer teams.

What you’ll do
- Run technical discovery and map customer workflows to product capabilities.
- Deliver product demos tailored to persona and use case.
- Support proof-of-concepts and validate integrations/workflows.
- Answer security/IT questions and coordinate required documentation.
- Create solution notes and implementation expectations for handoff.
- Provide feedback to Product on gaps and competitive context.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics simply.
- Hands-on comfort with APIs, webhooks, integrations, or basic scripting.
- Experience working with CRMs/helpdesk tools is a plus.
- Structured thinking and comfort in customer-facing meetings.
Nice to have
- Experience with OAuth/webhooks/REST APIs and common SaaS integrations.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, implementation, or solutions consulting.

- POCs completed with clear success criteria and outcomes.
