What you’ll do

  • Qualify inbound leads using agreed criteria and route correctly.
  • Prospect outbound via calls, email, and LinkedIn-style outreach.
  • Research accounts to tailor messaging and improve response rates.
  • Book discovery meetings and hand off context to AEs.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene: notes, dispositions, and next steps.
  • Iterate scripts and sequences based on feedback and data.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • High energy, resilience, and a learning mindset.
  • Comfortable with calling and structured daily targets.
  • Basic familiarity with SaaS/CRM concepts (training provided).

Nice to have

  • Prior inside sales or telecalling experience.
  • Experience using CRMs or outreach tools.

How success looks

  • Qualified meetings booked and accepted by AEs.
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate and show-up rate.
  • Consistent activity volume with improving quality.
