You will build and scale our partner motion—recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and co-selling with agencies, resellers, and consultants to generate pipeline and revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Recruit and onboard partners (agencies, resellers, consultants).
  • Create partner enablement: pitch decks, training, and playbooks.
  • Drive co-selling: deal registration, pipeline reviews, and joint plans.
  • Set partner targets and track performance and attribution.
  • Work with Marketing on partner campaigns and events.
  • Ensure consistent partner experience and resolve escalations quickly.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience managing or selling through partners/channels.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable with targets, pipeline, and operational cadence.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS partnerships or B2B services ecosystem.
  • Experience working with CRM or customer support products.

  • Partner-sourced pipeline and closed-won revenue.
  • Partner activation and ongoing engagement.
  • Repeatable enablement and co-selling processes.
