What you’ll do

  • Handle inbound enquiries and follow up quickly with structured qualification.
  • Run outbound calling to dormant leads and target segments.
  • Demo product value clearly and map features to customer problems.
  • Create quotes/proposals and close smaller deals independently.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy: notes, tasks, and clear next steps.
  • Coordinate with onboarding/CS for smooth customer handoff.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication, active listening, and objection handling.
  • Comfortable with high call volume and weekly targets.
  • Organized follow-up and strong time management.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and SaaS (training provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling software/services to small businesses.
  • Experience using WhatsApp/phone-based selling professionally.

How success looks

  • Inbound lead response time and conversion rate.
  • Monthly closed-won revenue and win rate.
  • Low leakage in follow-ups and improved pipeline hygiene.
