What you’ll do
- Plan daily/weekly field visits and manage a local territory.
- Identify, engage, and meet prospects to understand workflows.
- Run product demos and align solutions to business outcomes.
- Manage follow-ups, proposals, and closing steps in coordination with the team.
- Maintain accurate visit notes, tasks, and pipeline stages in CRM.
- Represent ZNI professionally at local events/meetups when needed.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years in field sales (software/services preferred).
- Strong communication, confidence, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and manage schedules independently.
- Basic digital skills (apps, CRM, spreadsheets).
Nice to have
- Experience selling to SMB owners, operations, or admin teams.
- Experience with route planning and territory management.
How success looks
- Qualified field meetings, demos completed, and closed-won deals.
- Consistent pipeline coverage from territory activities.
- High-quality CRM updates and predictable follow-ups.
