You will own renewals and expansion for a book of customers, driving adoption, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities with a consultative approach.

What you’ll do
- Manage a portfolio of customers with clear renewal plans and timelines.
- Run check-ins/QBRs to measure outcomes and drive adoption.
- Identify expansion opportunities and build proposals with ROI.
- Coordinate internally with Support and Product for escalations and feedback.
- Maintain renewal forecasts and customer health signals in CRM.
- Ensure clean handoffs and accurate documentation for renewals and upgrades.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or renewals (SaaS preferred).
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable negotiating renewals and commercial terms.
- Organized, proactive follow-up and forecasting discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience in CRM/helpdesk/field-force products.
- Experience managing complex renewals with multiple stakeholders.
How success looks
- Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and renewal rate.
- Expansion pipeline and upsell conversion.
- Improved customer health and product adoption outcomes.
