What you’ll do

  • Own the sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → close.
  • Qualify inbound leads and run outbounding to build pipeline.
  • Develop strong business cases with ROI and success outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering on technical validations when required.
  • Manage stakeholders and procurement steps professionally.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, next steps, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate handoffs to Customer Success for onboarding and adoption.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred).
  • Strong discovery skills and consultative communication.
  • Ability to write clear proposals and handle objections.
  • Comfort with targets, activity planning, and pipeline management.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and disciplined follow-up.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CRM, helpdesk, or field-force solutions.
  • Experience selling to SMBs or mid-market operations leaders.

How success looks

  • Consistent monthly/quarterly quota attainment.
  • Healthy pipeline coverage with clean stage progression.
  • Improved conversion rates from demo to close.
