To integrate ZNICRM with Indiamart goto System Settings (check how from here<\/a>) and then goto Integrations -> Indiamart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on “Create Webhook URL” button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within a second you will get the webhook URL. (IMPORTANT) copy-paste this URL as you will require this URL to configure Indiamart portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to start with your integration?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On your IndiaMART account, go to the Push API Integration page and select your CRM Platform from the drop-down list. If your CRM platform is not listed, select \u2018others\u2019 and manually enter the platform name and URL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Ensure that the valid Webhook Listener URL is provided by your CRM Platform vendor.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The output of this API is not in a human-readable format and cannot be directly imported into MS-Excel.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps of Integration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Below are the details and steps for integrating this API with a third-party CRM to retrieve IndiaMART leads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activate CRM Push API:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  • Visit seller.indiamart.com:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Log in to your IndiaMART account.<\/li>
  • Navigate to the Lead Manager:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to the Lead Manager section.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Select \u2018Import\/Export Leads\u2019 section ->Push API:<\/strong>\u00a0From the three-dots menu (\u22ee), select \u2018Push API\u2019 under \u2018Import\/Export Leads\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Select Your CRM Platform:<\/strong>\u00a0Choose “other” as CRM platform from the drop-down list. If not listed, select \u201cOther\u201d and enter the platform name and URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Enter Webhook Listener URL:<\/strong>\u00a0Enter the CRM Platform Name as “ZNICRM” and the Webhook Listener URL (as created above in first step).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Activate API:<\/strong>\u00a0After confirming the OTP sent to your primary mobile number, your Push API will be activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
